FAQ & POLICIES
Returns and Exchanges:
- ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
- EXCHANGES are available for 30 days after delivery on NEW CLOTHING and SHOES ONLY; can be exchanged for new size or products of equal or lesser value. Tags must be intact for exchange to be approved.
- After 30 days you may request an exchange for store credit, but it may not be approved depending on the item and condition.
- You may exchange up to 3 times in a 90 day period. After the 3rd time a 20% fee will be incurred.
- NO EXCHANGES OR RETURNS ON JEWELRY OR CONSIGNMENT.
Processing & Shipping:
- All products, except for consignment, are made-to-order and may take 2-4 business weeks for delivery. This time frame includes processing and shipping, unless otherwise specified.
- If you are in need of rush processing or shipping, please contact Pageant Luxe before placing an order.
- Orders over $300 will be shipped with a required signature delivery unless Pageant Luxe is contacted before shipping.
Damaged Products, Disputes, & Refused Packages:
- Customer has 24 hours after delivery to inform Pageant Luxe of damaged or defective items to receive full refund or exchange.
- Pageant Luxe keeps photos of all shipments moments BEFORE they are packaged and can provide these photos upon request.
- Any refused shipments will incur a 20% penalty and restocking fee and issued a store credit for the remainder.
- Any bank disputes resulting in a store credit reactivation will incur a 50% reactivation fee and re-issued remaining store credit immediately upon confirmation of bank resolution by customer.
Store Credit:
- Store credit and gift cards/certificates do not expire.
- To use your Store Credit, please type your activation code into the coupons and codes box. Store Credit may not cover taxes depending on your state's laws.
- All store credit purchases are non-refundable. Pageant Luxe exchange policies will be honored up to 3 times, after the 3rd time a 20% fee may be incurred.
Price Matching:
- Pageant Luxe will price match any item that is NOT A SALE, CLEARANCE OR WHOLESALE price from another seller or store.
- Customer must contact Pageant Luxe for a price match BEFORE placing an order.
- Price match must be from another online advertised price and not a brick and mortar store.
- Any price match sold will follow the standard returns and exchange policies.
How Can I Consign With Pageant Luxe?
- If you are interested in consigning with us, please use the contact page! Everything sold through consignment will have a 10% fee taken from the sale of the product, seller will receive 90% of sale. It does not cost money to list or consign with Pageant Luxe, only the the 10% fee of sale.
- All consignment products must be mailed to Pageant Luxe for inspection at the cost of the seller. Video/virtual inspection may be used at the discretion of Pageant Luxe. If Pageant Luxe receives the items, after approved video/virtual inspection, and deems that the items are damaged or are not in good condition, Pageant Luxe will return the items to the seller with shipping and handling paid for by the seller.
- To consign with Pageant Luxe, prospective sellers must sign a basic sales contract agreeing to the above terms.
